  • How do I request a service?
    • On  QUOTE ONLINE form (  follow  MilanoTaxiOk's menù)  you can choose a departure from predetermined points and arrival. At the end of the form you can see our prices of service.
    • Emergency: The number +39.347.3167652 and fax number +39.02.982882247 are avaiable 24h on 24, every day, from Monday to Sunday.
  • I need a rental/taxi arrival the city of Milan.
    • To reach the city of Milan you  have to put  the right address of destination in the express form field  when booking.
  • How do I know if my service has been confirmed?
    • As soon as we receive your booking we will send you a confirmation e-mail with all details of the required service ,  that is  date and time of departure and arrival, destinations and so on.
  • I don't have UserID and Password. How do I?
    • Register with a UserID and Password of your choice. You will be sent via e-mail prior to confirm and accept the registration. You can change some details of the requested service or cancel it within 5 hours prior.
  • If you are already registered what do I do?
    • Enter your UserID and Password and if you're agree with the quote, confirming accept it. You will be sent via e-mail  the service you requested. You can change some details of the requested service or  cancel it  within 5 hours prior.
  • How can I recive my invoice?
    • MilanoTaxiOk  will send you the invoice at the end of the service. Please remind to fill the invoice request field  in the booking form.
  • Can I get a receipt?
    • Our e-mail or fax confirmation is your receipt ;  you can otherwise ask the driver a further receipt at the end of the  service.
  • If you see among those listed on my arrival?
    • Arrivals are for guidance only, to indicate the end point closer to your destination.
    • For example: to select Piazza Loreto in Milan Central Station.
  • Where can I find a driver waiting for?
    • Upon confirmation of the service will be sent an e-mail explaining all the information to find our driver and the meeting point.
  • How to request a custom case?
